For the translation of the #NewFedilab what do you prefer?
@Jorge_Irraizoz
It's for translating the app not messages.
Fedilab already uses its own neural machine translation api (open source) for translating messages: https://translate.fedilab.app/
For translating a message just tap on three dots at the bottom right of a message and then "translate".
@apps I didn't know about Weblate, I participated to projects using Crowdin and it doesn't seem a good choice to rely too much on a proprietary service in free software development. So I'm voting for Weblate.
@apps weblate is great since you can suggest translations even if you don't have an account
@apps You could use https://weblate.bubu1.eu/ tied to codeberg ;) @Bubu
@apps
Which one is opensource?
I have translated most of it on weblate
weblate.bubu1.eu : 24k strings in almost 2 years.
hosted.weblate.org : 6k strings in the last year
@apps what are these? I am interested to have an auto translation button on mastodon 🤔
