it's funny to see how TUSKY has to notify about new versions and FEDILAB toots instead of its own app doing it.
Same here. Notifications via ntfy are coming late or not.. Tusky notifies immediately.

I'm still running version 2.39 with the fdroid.fedilab.app repo.
When should I be receiving a notification from F-Droid to update? Or should I already be seeing it in available F-Droid updates?

Great, thank you! I only have a suggestion: I don't know how it's done, but could you mark the new versions as "suggested" in the repo? Otherwise there are no notifications from the F-Droid app and one has to open the app's page to look for updates manually.
