It will post news concerning #Fedilab #UntrackMe #TubeLab #OpenMultiMaps
We forgot to mention that #Fedilab 2.38.0-* can handle gemini links and open them with different apps.
Thank you to @Bazsalanszky (framagit) for this contribution 👍
If you use our custom repository for #Fdroid and don't see 2.38-rc-1 that means you need to uninstall the app first (Think to backup your data).
That's because we sign the app with another key than Fdroid.

#Fedilab 1.38.0-rc-1 has been released on our #Fdroid repository. Highlight of this update is push notifications. This will really reduce the battery usage of Fedilab while providing quick notifications. That needs a little configuration. The step by step is explained here: https://fedilab.app/wiki/features/push-notifications/
Special thanks to #UnifiedPush for all their support (More about them at https://unifiedpush.org/)
Now we went through this step, we will fix the Pleroma issue (lost spaces) and introduce last features for #Pixelfed

Thank you for your patience!
#Fedilab will work with push notifications in its next release thanks to the amazing work of #UnifiedPush more at https://unifiedpush.org
We are working on another solution for pushing live notifications. It's an open source work that we should bring in 2.38.x. #Fedilab
With the help of @pixelfed dev, we implemented last missing endpoints for #Fedilab. Thank you @dansup
The beta release should be released in production very soon.
If you use 2FA with #Pixelfed, don't hesitate to give it a try and share your feedback.
If you are a #Fdroid user, you can add our custom repository: https://fdroid.fedilab.app
Tomorrow is #DeleteWhatsAppDay! 🚮 Despite WhatsApp’s delay of its privacy policy update, many users have decided to take a stand for #privacy and leave the controversial chat service on the original deadline of February 8. ✊
UntrackMe has been updated to version 1.18.0 and is already available in our FDroid repository.
Here's what has been improved:
- Add more patterns to remove utm/tracking parameters
- Fix a display issue when font size and display size are the largest

https://snikket.org/blog/products-vs-protocols/
This extended version of @mattj's recent #FOSDEM talk explores the thinking behind Snikket, and what #XMPP and #decentralized protocols can learn from #Signal's success.

Are you still looking for a good #PeerTube android application?
Look no further (or do but it's already great) into #TubeLab
It is availlable both on Google Play Store and #fdroid !
Here is the repo: https://framagit.org/tom79/fedilab-tube
It's from the same dev behind FediLab!
*TubeLab News*
TubeLab updates were disabled in F-Droid because we included a prebuilt library that was used to provide torrent support.
The library we used is opensource, but using prebuilt files are against F-Droid's policies.
The good news is, now we can build that library from its source during TubeLab's build process. So TubeLab should be back in F-Droid soon :)
After 6 months, a new release of #Fedilab is available on #Fdroid
For getting beta releases, don't hesitate to add our custom repository https://fdroid.fedilab.app/
